7 Blender Features All Beginners Need to Know
Over the last year using Blender I've found some really useful shortcuts and features. so I though I would compile a short list of some of the most useful ones that I use almost everyday. This article is geared towards beginners but more experienced users could find they missed a few of these. Enjoy!
1. Hover Copy/Paste
This one is the best of them all, if you read any of this read this! If you hover over a value or color and press CTRL C it will copy the value! No need to click on it and select it, just hover!2. Random Node
The random node is an output from the "Object Info' node found under the "Input" folder. The random node has unlimited
Not bad for someone who spends most of his time here just trolling.
One of the reasons I haven't been contributing much is because I have been trying to learn Blender's new rendering engine, Cycles. It gives a more photo realistic render but, it takes longer to get a result on my machine.
Will keep you posted.
Just put my first deviation up for you folks to see and comment on. This is the place I have come up with for the stories my friend, Brittany writes. It still needs a lot of work and I'll update as often as I can.
I would offer to post her work here but, I'm afraid it might violate the terms of service. In other words...It's kinda erotic, or at least too much for the powers that be here.

Not bad for something that only has other folks art on it. Maybe I should get off my ass (Or is that get ON my ass?) and put up my own.
I do have a WIP. I'll look into putting that up in a day or so. It's a wrestling ring I have been asked to do as a setting for some stories of female wrestling a friend is writing.
